Our group is made up of women from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal of cultivating a sisterhood that provides mentoring and empowerment to women and young girls at every stage of their lives. We operate on a peer-to-peer basis.

Respect is demonstrated through actions, such as active listening, empathy, tolerance, and non-judgmental behavior. It fosters positive relationships, builds trust, and promotes mutual understanding and cooperation.
